Is it ok to post this on FB ?

For global expansion, how would new communities be started in terms of capital / resources? Would it rely on existing communities donating/investing to start the new ones? I love the self-replication potential but am unsure how to relate reconcile this with the capital cost of land and initial resources for each instance of the model

If you were rebuilding in a disaster area or providing plans and building within cities to infill. True stewardship communities constructed in already built area. Not taking more open spaces. That would be better Earth Care.

Thank you Open Source Eco village designs as I had prayed for design plans relevant for my calling to build and live in a healing community. I like the Earthbag design. Though I am concerned on the location of the showers and vermiculture black water treatment areas. The sense of privacy is reduced as the showers are away from the living spaces. Cultural differences in Africa on seniors and juniors being separate in the toilet and shower and dining areas. Can this be adapted in an African context? Gratitude from Nairobi, Kenya.

I like the idea of sharing Ressourcen and building a village center. But im Not sure if its that good always having 300 people around you. Id like too have a big center but also smaller ones for the neigbourhood as well.

Would love to see designs that take into account challenging landscapes and geography.

How's the channel/movement going? I don't see many people in any of the comment sections except for one and 2 out of 3 people were negating about either the movement in general, or the lack of physical proof that they knew of. I like the channel because I i plan to make a very productive and prosperous eco villages in the distant future and I love that y'all make plans, ideas, and blueprints for that. It makes me feel like when the day comes where I i have the opportunity to start on the village, i can just take one of your ideas and make minor changes/adaptions instead of having to plan and design from scratch

i find it funny when i see these initiatives that are theorized based on collaboration and equal efforts for a common good. We are not ants, and we dont fight for the good of the species. If can try to do so with rational efforts, but our biological engine was not built to fight for the colony, but to fight for my own survival and reproduction. That's what were were built for. So no matter what you try to accomplish, at the end of the day, people will desire the same partners, they will fight over the same food there will always be an interspecific conflicts (conflicts within the same species), that's what we were built for, to be better than our neighbor. This is a waste of time...

I'm confused about why you don't have any real structures if your claim is true that you could solve all these issues right now. Doesn't right now mean right now and not a bunch of stock footage and computer renderings? Seems like your project would have more weight if you were also modeling in the real world, not just the computer. I only made it part way thru this long plea for money, if there's a timestamp for IRL implementation please share it. Good luck with your dream

I love the intent of these videos, and I say this with love and good intentions, but your videos are boring. They are repetative and monotonous and droaning. I really feel your message would be better spread with a better presentation. A bit of wit and humour would help, and definate key points highlighted. I'm on your side in your mission, but please accept some constructive criticism

Isn't using shipping containers a bad design? Kind of makes me worry about the other designs if they aren't all just things that look good on paper but would be disasters if implemented in real life. The problem with shipping containers is that once you start cutting into them they lose their structural strength. Then you have to add a bunch of reinforcement in which case you defeated the purpose of using shipping containers.
